The Emerald Sports & Social Club represents the partnership between Crawley Irish Centre, St Francis Rugby Club and Crawley Cricket Club.
The Club was founded during the 1990’s following the successful launch of a number of Irish events at the Southgate Pavilion and formally became‘ The Emerald Sports & Social Club’following the merger with St Francis RFC during in 1999. Crawley Cricket Club joined in 2007 following a relocation proposed by Crawley Borough Council.

- Pensioners Clubs
- Pool nights.
Irish Senior Citizens Network meet each Tuesday and it also provides a venue for local Irish dance school The O’Brien School of Dance to practice.
Crawley Blues Club hold weekly ‘open mike’ & jam sessions each Thursday.
The Club regularly runs charity fund raising events notably the ‘ Croke Cup’ golf day, ‘Pat Keaveney’ memorial dance & over the years have generously donated to St Catherine’s Hospice, Alzheimer’s Society & other worthy causes.
